Barbara Crouse Hupper has been a licensed real estate broker since 1967 and became the Broker/Owner of Crouse Real Estate in 1973 upon the retirement of her mother, Dorothy Crouse. Along with her 50 years of real estate sales experience, Barbara has an extensive farming background and currently raises cattle in Eolia with her husband of 54 years, Cecil. She specializes in selling land for agricultural, recreational, development use, and facilitating 1031 Tax Exchanges. Barbara has extensive residential and commercial experience as well. Cortney Hupper Lenk
Cortney Hupper Lenk is a 3rd generation Realtor and has lived in Lincoln and Pike Counties all her life. Some of Cortney’s earliest childhood memories are tagging along on real estate appointments with her mom. For the last 16 years, she has worked with her mom on a daily basis and specializes in both residential and land sales. Cortney enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. Kevin Hupper is a 3rd generation Realtor and grew up on the family farm in Eolia in Pike County. The outdoors is Kevin’s favorite place to be, whether it’s working cows with his dad, hunting, gardening, or showing property. Kevin graduated from UMSL with a degree in Business Administration and obtained his real estate license in 1990.
Kevin is a Certified Finance Specialist, Broker/Salesperson and was appointed to the Missouri Association of Realtors Grievance Committee in 2017.
